The idea of the plebiscite is to promote modern construction, consistent with the principles of sustainable development. The winners were announced during the evening gala accompanying the 4Builidings event, on the 15th of November at the International Congress Centre in Katowice.
Awards were presented in three categories: “Projects” – by distinguishing sustainable buildings and spaces, using renewable energy and innovative building technologies to create conditions for better living and working conditions, “Innovation” – for pioneering solutions that bring new quality to the market and minimize the negative impact of construction on the environment and “People” – honouring activities and undertakings promoting sustainable construction and influencing the development of the construction industry in Poland.
In the “People – Investor” category, the award was received by Mirosław Czarnik, President of GPP Business Park.
As emphasized during the gala, President Mirosław Czarnik is the head of the company which built the first plus-energy office building in Poland.
