New Construction Concept spółka z o.o. spółka komandytowa
Chairman of the Board

The construction of four office buildings for GPP gave us the opportunity to test pioneering technologies at the stage of investment and use. Thanks to the requirements set by a conscious client, we have developed complete solutions with noticeably lower operating costs, but incomparable working or leisure environment conditions. This is a new building concept. The currently changing efficiency and energy-saving regulations represent a huge opportunity for building owners, but also for building users. A reduction of the running costs of a building by even several times is decisive for the long-term budgets of institutions. On the other hand, we provide users with the appropriate microclimate, fresh air, access to light – in a word, comfort of which one can only dream in the traditional sense. Being aware of these aspects is the key to taking advantage of these emerging opportunities.

The uniqueness of the GPP Business Park office building complex lies mainly in the technologies used, which from the very beginning anticipated and were ahead of future EU regulations on the widely understood issues of energy efficiency and passivity. The achievement of such a level of progress is the result of the choice of appropriate building materials, the use of trigeneration, heat pumps, photovoltaic panels, right through to an extensive BMS system. Thanks to such a conscious approach, the GPP Business Park is to a large extent self-sufficient, while maintaining a high level of user comfort.

The success of the GPP Business Park project lies primarily in the uncompromising selection of all components of the building’s infrastructure and their appropriate combination into a single whole, controlled and measured by an intelligent, and therefore “learning”, BMS. We have been involved in this project from the very beginning. We were very pleased to see that, in each of the four office buildings under construction, the client chose the most modern and energy-efficient solutions from our offer. These include GOLD air handling units with heat recovery and integrated control system, low-pressure water humidifiers, free-cooling chillers or the induction chilled beam system.

Many years of cooperation between highly experienced partners have made it possible to use solutions that meet the highest global standards in the GPP Business Park. The solution used in the Bloch office building, which has just been put into service, consisting of 2 gas engines together with an absorption system, means an extremely flexible trigeneration system. Additionally, the use of photovoltaics and gas heat pumps has resulted in a very high degree of energy independence with optimum operational costs. The building systems of the GPP Business Park allow for flexible responses to the needs of tenants, weather changes as well as the turbulence associated with the electricity trading market.
