Your personal data will be processed for the purpose of performance of the contract on the basis of Article 6(1)(b) of the aforementioned Regulation, within the scope resulting from the fiscal and financial regulations. In accordance with Article 13 (1) and (2) of the General Data Protection Regulation of 27 April 2016. of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/679 (hereinafter referred to as GDPR), we would like to inform you that the Controller processing your personal data within the scope of company monitoring is GPP S.A., ul. Your personal data will be processed in order to protect property and ensure security in the monitored area on the basis of Article 6(1)(f), i.e. the Administrator’s legitimate interest.
The monitoring records will be stored for a period of 14 days. A person recorded by the monitoring system has the right to access personal data and to restrict processing. A person recorded by the monitoring system has the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority if they consider that the processing violates the provisions of the GDPR.
