In a situation when an area adjacent to the Tenant’s space which is needed and is not rented the Landlord shall ensure the priority of renting such space. Additionally, the Landlord shall ensure priority in renting additional office space that will be located in the adjacent office buildings.
Additional charges are the costs related to individual consumption of utilities (electricity, water, heat, chill, and ventilation).

Rent Indexation is done in the case of Rent Rates proportionally to the consumer price index published by:

The Access Control System operates magnetic card readers. Control is performed at the building’s ground floor, at the main entrances to the Tenant’s areas and at the entrance to the underground car park.
GPP Business Park is protected by guards at all times, under a 24/7/365 basis.
